ABOUT

My name is Tristan Sagon, I’m a choreographer, movement director, and performer based in Paris with over six years of experience collaborating in theater, film, music, adverstinsig and fashion.

Rooted in Hip-Hop and contemporary dance, my work blends raw physicality with theatrical nuance. I began teaching at 16, and over the years, my path has led me through a wide range of creative fields, collaborating with artists such as Sandra Hüller, (LA)Horde, Calvin Harris, Issey Miyake, Ivo Van Hove, Eric Cantona, Anton Lachky and many others.

Alongside artistic director Nestor Benedini, I co-founded BELHANI©, a collective where movement drives the creation of hybrid works: live performances, films, exhibitions, and photographic series.

I offer creative consulting, movement coaching for actors and performers, choreography across genres, and workshops designed to unlock authentic physical expression.
